On September 16, 2025, Mayfair Gold Corp. completed a “best efforts” private placement of 24,244,000 common shares at a price of $1.65 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $40 million, which included the full exercise of the agents’ option.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by Beacon Securities Limited and included Haywood Securities Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., BMO Capital Markets, Desjardins Securities Inc. and Red Cloud Securities Inc.
