Jeffrey Oliver and Alan Merskey will be taking part in the CBA’s upcoming annual Insolvency Law Conference, taking place October 17 to 18, 2024 in Banff, Alberta.
As part of the expert panels at this year’s conference, Alan will be providing an “Overview of Three Insolvency Cases from the Supreme Court of Canada,” and Jeffrey will be moderating a panel on “The Restructuring of Wallace & Carey Inc. et al.”
