Kim Bonnar, Jennifer Lau, Samanthea Samuels, and Kristin Taylor participated in this year’s Annual Education Conference held by NALP in Vancouver, BC.
Jennifer Lau served as a Vice-Chair on the conference planning committee, and Kim Bonnar, Samanthea Samuels, and Kristin Taylor all presented sessions during the conference.
Kim Bonnar looked at “Closing the Floodgates: Strategies for Hiring and Retention in a Volatile Market,” Samanthea spoke on the topic “Imposter Syndrome – Where People and Systems Intersect,” and Jenn Lau moderated a panel that featured Kristin Taylor on “The Managing Partners’ Perspective: Building Belonging and Engagement in Hybrid Workplaces.”
1400 legal careers professionals from across the US and Canada attended the conference, including our own Kim, Jenn, Samanthea, Bethany McKoy, and Nicole Teehan.
