On August 4, 2023, Volt Lithium Corp. completed a public offering of (i) 14,956,590 units at a price of $0.22 per unit; and (ii) 11,262,500 flow-through units at a price of $0.24 per flow-through unit, for gross proceeds of approximately $6 million. Concurrent with the closing of the public offering, certain subscribers purchased a total of (i) 3,287,931 units at a price of $0.22 per unit; and (ii) 266,666 flow-through units at a price of $0.24 per flow-through unit on a private placement basis, for gross proceeds of approximately $800,000. Through both the public offering and private placement, Volt raised gross proceeds of approximately $6.8 million.
The offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and included Paradigm Capital Inc.
