On October 15, 2025, Valeura Energy Inc. entered into, through a wholly-owned subsidiary and together with its Turkiye partner, Pinnacle Turkey, Inc., an agreement with a subsidiary of Transatlantic Petroleum LLC for the continuation of prior exploration activities and additional new exploration efforts for the development of hydrocarbons in the deep rights formations of the Thrace Basin of northwest Türkiye.
