On December 13, 2021, Ultralife Corporation acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Excell Battery Group for approximately US$23.5 million. Ultralife is a New York based company and leading provider of critical power solutions and communications systems whose shares trade on the NASDAQ. Excell is a Canadian-based company with US operations and a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance smart battery systems, battery packs and monitoring systems.
