On March 1, 2024, Tokens.com Corp., a Cboe Canada listed web3 technology company that builds products and services which connects brands to consumers in 3D internet environments, completed the sale of the assets comprising the Metaverse Group and Hulk Labs to StoryFire, Inc., a New York based online social entertainment and gaming platform.
Consideration to Tokens.com for the disposition consists of a 15.3% equity interest in StoryFire, valued at US$3.5 million, and approximately US$500,000 in token-based consideration.
