On February 9, 2026, Tether Investments S.A. de C.V., a company focused on strategic investments that complement its vision for open financial systems supported by digital and real-world assets, acquired 1,575,712 common shares of Versamet Royalties Corporation from treasury at a price of $13.75 for gross proceeds of approximately $21.7 million, pursuant to the exercise of Tether’s participation rights in equity financings of Versamet. The shares were issued concurrently with the completion of Versamet’s bought deal public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $141.6 million. Following the completion of the offering and concurrent private placement, Tether’s equity ownership interest in Versamet increased to approximately 12.7%.
