On February 10, 2026, Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. obtained certain credit facilities from ATB Financial and its affiliates. The facilities consisted of first lien syndicated facilities in the amount of $50 million and second lien facilities from ATB Capital in the amount of $11 million.
