On December 7, 2023, Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, completed the acquisition of Phase II of Knox Village, a three-phase multi-residential apartment portfolio, in Kelowna, BC.
Phase II of the Knox Village portfolio consists of 61 units in the four mid-rise, multi-residential apartment buildings.
