On December 6, 2022, enCore Energy Corp closed a co “bought deal” brokered private placement of an aggregate 23,000,000 subscription receipts at a price of $3.00 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of $69 million, and a non-brokered private placement of 333,333 subscription receipts at a price of $3.00 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1 million.
The offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., and included Haywood Securities Inc., Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, PI Financial Corp., Clarus Securities Inc., and Red Cloud Securities Inc.
