On November 9, 2021, C3 Metals Inc. closed a bought deal private placement of 101,582,178 common shares at a price of $0.19 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $19.3 million, which includes the partial exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and including Haywood Securities Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited.
