On September 21, 2021, Blender Bites Limited, formerly, Balsam Technologies Corp., completed the acquisition of Blender Bites Holdings Limited, by way of a reverse takeover. As a result of the reverse takeover, Blender Bites shares were delisted from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange on Monday, September 20, 2021, and commenced trading on the CSE under the symbol “BITE” on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
