David Hansford serves as counsel in the Business Law Group at Cassels. David represents both public and private companies on a variety of corporate finance matters and also advises on public mergers and acquisitions. He has particular expertise with listing and financing transactions as well as with the restructuring of existing public companies. David counsels clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on those in the cannabis and technology sectors.
David is called to the bar in both Alberta and British Columbia.
