Victoria Craib (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Victoria’s practice focuses on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate and commercial law matters.
Prior to joining Cassels, Victoria was an associate in the Securities Group at another national firm. Victoria also brings in-house experience as a former legal counsel at a captive finance provider for a global automotive company.
