Taylor Bornhold

Taylor Bornhold (she/her) is a member of the 2025–2026 Articling Student class at Cassels, having previously completed a summer term with the firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law, where she cofounded the UVic Law Running Club. In her final year, she studied abroad at the University of Sydney in Australia.

Before attending law school, Taylor completed an Honours Specialization in History at Western University, where she was President of the Western Outdoors Club. She has worked as a legal assistant to the Assistant Judge Advocate General (Europe) and brings a diverse range of experiences to her legal training. Prior to beginning her legal career, Taylor worked as a tree planter in the Northern Interior of British Columbia, where she later served as a wildland firefighter.
