Sherri Cygelfarb (she/her/hers) is a senior tax law clerk in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Sherri assists counsel in the Tax Group with succession and estate planning for family businesses and their related corporate groups, tax and corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Her work includes, but is not limited to, preparing documents in connection with incorporations and amendments containing complex share provisions, amalgamations, continuances, share/asset sale indentures, agreements, and ancillary documents.
