Mike Elsaghir (he/him/his) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Mike’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations and unanimous shareholder agreements, corporate reorganization, share and asset purchases, contract consulting and negotiation, and other custom transactions. He also offers experience with commercial real estate purchases and sales, as well as leases. In addition, Mike assists in private corporate shareholder, officer, and director disputes. Mike is proud to offer a long history of supporting the growth and success of local Calgary businesses.
Prior to joining Cassels, Mike articled and served as an associate at a boutique firm based in Calgary.
