Katherine Graham (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group at Cassels. Katie’s practice encompasses all types of intellectual property disputes, including those involving patent, copyright, and trademark issues. Katie recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School where she was awarded the IP Osgoode David Vaver Medal for Excellence in Intellectual Property Law and during which time she summered and articled with a boutique firm focused on intellectual property law.
Prior to law school, Katie completed an MSc in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) with Honours from McMaster University.
