Joshua Jackson is an associate in the Construction Group at Cassels. Josh’s practice focuses on providing advice and advocacy to public and private sector owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, and design professionals throughout the life cycle of construction projects. Josh also offers experience in regulatory, insurance, and commercial litigation disputes before the courts.
During law school, Josh volunteered as a caseworker at the University of Ottawa’s legal aid clinic where he assisted marginalized individuals with a wide variety of housing related issues.
Prior to joining Cassels, Josh was a associate in the Construction Law Group at a Toronto-based firm.
