Jay Motwani serves as Supervisor, Corporate Services, Calgary and is a senior paralegal in the Corporate Services Department of the Calgary office of Cassels, working closely with the team in the Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto offices. His work includes assistance with M&A transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, revivals and other general corporate matters.
In 2013 he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and in 2020 completed his CORES Level III Certification.
