Hardeep Dhaliwal is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels. Hardeep has a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on franchise litigation and contract disputes.
Hardeep has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada, in arbitration proceedings and before various professional regulatory bodies.
Recent examples of Hardeep’s representative work include:
- Acting for franchisors in proceedings alleging breaches of provincial franchise legislation, and breaches of franchise agreements, including pursing injunctive relief in order to enforce restrictive covenants
- Acting for regulated professionals in investigations before regulatory boards
- Acting for companies in litigation or arbitration arising out of contract disputes, civil fraud and shareholder disputes
