Emma Barnes is a paralegal & eDiscovery case manager in the Litigation Group at Cassels. In her role, she supports files from early stages through to resolution, managing document workflows, contributing to evidence preparation and case development, and preparing materials for court proceedings. She has experience managing complex document production processes and brings a strong background in eDiscovery. She works closely with counsel to ensure matters progress efficiently and remain well organized.

Emma has more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, with a strong foundation in litigation support and document management. She is recognized for her attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to navigate complex litigation files. She approaches her work with a high level of organization and professionalism, contributing to the effective advancement of matters. Emma is a certified paralegal and an active member of the British Columbia Paralegal Association.
