Darren Kendal is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. His practice is primarily focused on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial matters. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Darren completed both his summer and articling terms with the firm, gaining hands-on experience in corporate transactions involving private and public companies.
Darren holds dual JD/HBA degrees from Western University’s Faculty of Law and Ivey Business School, graduating with distinction. While in school, he was part of the founding team behind one of Toronto’s first five licensed retail cannabis stores.
