Christa Alvernaz (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Her practice is transaction-based, with a focus on corporate and securities matters for both public and private companies.
Christa graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2022, where she served as an executive of the Law Students’ Society and a member of the social council.
Christa summered and articled at Cassels before returning as an associate. Prior to law school, Christa worked in the public sector as a social worker.
