Charn Sidhu (he/him/his) is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels. Charn offers a broad commercial and civil litigation practice, and his experience covers a variety of industries and practice areas. Charn also has experience in alternative dispute resolution strategies, appearing on behalf of clients in meditation and arbitration proceedings. Charn has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Prior to joining as an associate, Charn articled and summered with the firm.

Charn received his JD from Thompson Rivers University. At law school, he placed first in the Denton’s Business Law Negotiation Competition and the Dean’s Moot Cup by the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor’s of Commerce specializing in International Business.

Charn likes to spend his spare time working on his family’s blueberry farm, playing sports, working out, and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.
