Amanda Metallo is a partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Amanda has a broad corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings and corporate reorganizations. She has experience advising both domestic and foreign companies at all stages of growth and across various industries.
Amanda also previously acted as in-house legal counsel for both a Toronto-based private equity firm and Canadian pension plan, and has experience in the formation of, and investment into, private equity funds and other fund management activities.
