Alyshea Surani is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels. Alyshea has a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice across a variety of areas, including construction, energy, franchise, employment, securities, aboriginal and real estate. She adopts a practical and analytical approach to resolving disputes, while focusing on her client’s strategic objectives.
Alyshea represented clients at the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice, and offers experience in alternative dispute resolution. She has also assisted on matters before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Alyshea completed her Masters at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
