Alvin Hui is an eDiscovery & Litigation Case Manager in the Litigation Group at Cassels and a member of the firm’s Discovery Services team. Alvin’s role involves all forms of litigation support, including preparing affidavits of documents, assisting with examinations for discovery, court hearings, and mediation, drafting enforcement materials, and preparing costs outlines and bills of costs.
Alvin also particular experience with court processes, the Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Construction Act.
