Rick Da Costa has written an article titled “The Alberta Advantage: Why is There So Much Interest in Alberta as a Captive Domicile?” published by Captive International.
Rick has helped structure and license half of Alberta’s captives to date and is currently working on several others. In the article, Rick uses this experience to look at what happened to open the province to captives, offers some insights into why he believes we are seeing so much interest in Alberta captives, and provides an understanding of why Alberta entered into the captives market in the first place.
