Kim Bonnar, Chief Professional Resources Officer at Cassels, recently participated in a roundtable discussion for Law Practice Today’s article “Women in Law Firm Leadership Are Changing the Profession.” This article was published as part of its annual Women in Law issue.
Law Practice Today notes that “women are increasingly involved in managing law firms and are changing the way they operate.” Kim was one of three law firm executives selected to discuss “leadership styles, careers, and gender equality in the profession.”
Says Kim: “By focusing on the strengths different people bring to our firm, and how they can complement one another, we expand the scope of who can succeed and what success can look like. We also build a modern law firm that is stronger, more dynamic, and agile than the more homogeneous firms that existed in the past.”
