Jeremy Martin has been elected as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Class Action Section Executive, and will succeed to the position of Chair in June of 2022.
The Ontario Bar Association is a branch of the Canadian Bar Association and represents close to 16,000 lawyers, judges, notaries, law teachers and law students from across the province. It is the voice of the legal profession in Ontario. The Class Actions Section is Ontario’s leading provider of class actions CLE and represents the interests of the specialized class actions bar in advocating and liaising with governments and other stakeholders.
