Cassels is pleased to announce that Christopher Horkins, partner in our Litigation Group and Chair of the firm’s Product Liability Group, will serve as Vice-Chair of The Advocates’ Society’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Founded in 1963, The Advocates’ Society is Canada’s premier national organization for the litigation bar providing first class professional development programs and resources, community and networking events. The Society is also regularly involved in issue advocacy through submissions to governments and regulatory organizations and interventions in important cases impacting access to justice, judicial independence, and the practice of litigation in Canada.
Chris’ leadership continues a strong tradition of Cassels’ involvement in The Advocates’ Society.
