Carey Veinotte offers 30 years of varied and multifaceted litigation experience, representing clients in cases involving securities law, mining, theft of trade secrets, conspiracy, defamation and slander, fraud, professional liability claims, and business torts. More recently, Carey developed a practice acting for clients in the cannabis industry in Canada and the United States. His clients range from large organizations to individuals, and he has appeared at all levels of court in Canada and the United States.
Jordanna Cytrynbaum’s commercial litigation practice focuses on complex multi-party litigation. She brings strategic thinking and practical problem-solving to all her clients. Jordanna regularly represents clients before all levels of court, administrative tribunals, and in arbitrations and offers expertise in a broad range of areas, including class actions, construction, employment, real estate, and securities litigation.
