    • Jennifer McKenzie will be taking part in the “Selection and Clearance of Trademarks from a Non-Trademark Perspective” Table Topic on Monday, May 2
    • Steven Kennedy will be moderating the panel “Brand Management in the Metaverse – The Next Evolutionary Step for Brand Owners or an Episode of Black Mirror?” on Wednesday, May 4
  • Nico Elliott is giving a presentation on IP rights as part of the Workman Arts’ “Being Scene” event series on May 7
  • A talk by Stephanie Roberts on “Intellectual Property and Top IP Mistakes” will be part of The Forum’s E-Series taking place May 17 to June 16, which is sponsored in part by Cassels
  • Eric Mayzel is co-chairing a Copyright Society webinar entitled “All for One, One for All: The Future of Collective Management in Copyright” on June 1
  • The Copyright Society’s 2022 Annual Meeting will be taking place in Chicago, IL from June 12 to 14 and will be attended by Casey Chisick, Eric Mayzel, and Jessica Zagar
    • Jessica Zagar will be moderating a panel on “The Silver Anniversary of the Making Available Right: An International Analysis” and is a member of the planning committee for this year’s meeting
  • Casey Chisick, Bernice Karn, and Jessica Zagar are presenting at the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) and McGill University’s Copyright Master Class taking place from July 25 to 27 in Montreal, QC
    • Jessica Zagar is this year’s Course Director for the Master Class
