On August 4, 2026, Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed provider of colocation and data center solutions to service providers, enterprises, and small businesses, completed the acquisition of a data center and related assets through its wholly owned subsidiary from Rochester Colo, LLC, a leading colocation services provider in upstate New York. The transaction consideration consisted of a combination of cash and Carrier Connect shares.
