Jamie Arabi is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels. His practice includes a spectrum of commercial, financial services, product liability, and bankruptcy and insolvency disputes. Jamie has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario and in arbitration proceedings.

Jamie’s representative work includes:
- On behalf of a creditor, obtaining an order terminating Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act proceedings in favour of a receivership
- On behalf of an industrial metal finishing company, securing an urgent stay followed by orders setting aside a default judgment and terminating garnishment proceedings
- Representing a cannabis retail firm in successfully opposing an application to set aside an arbitral award
- Enforcing and resisting the enforcement of foreign judgments and awards
- Advising a global elevator company during its acquisition of a regional enterprise
