On May 13, 2021, Aurora Solar Technologies Inc. closed a private placement of 14,200,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $3.55 million, which includes the full exercise of the agent’s option. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of Aurora Solar at a price of $0.40 per warrant share until May 13, 2022.
