On April 15, 2026, Natasha Smith, Lead of our Charity & Not-for-Profit Team, will be discussing fiduciary duty as part of the Impact Investing Convening Series from Realize Capital Partners, part of the Social Finance Fund of the Government of Canada.
The panel will address participant questions and misconceptions relating to fiduciary duty and any considerations or constraints to take into consideration. Natasha will discuss this topic from the endowments and foundations perspective.
