Matthew Alter will be presenting the topic “Implications of Prompt Payment for Construction” at the 2019 Construction Adjudication Symposium in Toronto on May 29.
The theme of this year’s symposium is “Significant Change – Time for Alignment” and is an ideal opportunity for construction professionals and stakeholders across Canada to share knowledge on prompt payment, and discuss the established ethos of adjudication as an internationally recognized method of dispute resolution.
