Matthew Alter, President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, will be chairing this year’s Annual Meeting of the College in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The substantive program for this year’s conference is “The Modern Construction Law Landscape”. Guest speakers for this year’s conference include Former Supreme Court of Canada Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin, former Supreme Court of Canada Puisne Justice Thomas Cromwell, Court of Appeal of Quebec Justice Geneviève Marcotte, and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Robert A. Graesser. This event is taking place from May 30-June 2, 2019.
