Kate Byers will be presenting “Protecting Franchisor Goodwill: What You Need to Know,” as part of a seminar being hosted by the Ontario Bar Association on April 3, 2025, in Toronto.
The expert panel will discuss the challenges in proving harm to franchisor goodwill in termination-related legal disputes, and how best to use expert witnesses to value goodwill for damage claims.
