On June 10, 2020, Jeremy Martin is remotely testifying before the Standing Committee on Justice Policy at the Ontario Legislature on “Bill 161, the Smarter and Stronger Justice Act, 2020”. He is testifying as the Chair of an ad hoc group of class action defence counsel that made submissions to the Law Commission of Ontario in advance of the proposed Bill.
