Jeremy Martin hosted a diverse panel of experts in privacy law, cybersecurity and plaintiff- and defence-side class action litigation. The panel discussed recent common law and statutory developments pertaining to privacy rights, and their use in the new wave of data security class proceedings. It was titled “Privacy and Data Security Class Actions: A Roundtable on What’s to Come” and was presented by the Ontario Bar Association on January 18, 2018.
