Jay King and Jennifer Campbell will be part of the expert faculty at the upcoming Osgoode Short Course on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange taking place in Toronto on October 18 and 19, 2017. This course aims to help define the legal obligations and best practices for TSX and TSX Venture Exchange entities.
Jay will be looking at “Acquisitions of a Public Company and Reverse Takeovers on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange” and Jennifer will be discussing “Insider Obligations.”
