Jane Dietrich, Luke Woolford and Chandimal Nicholas have joined the outstanding faculty of the Osgoode Certificate in Cannabis Law & Regulation. Jane will lecture on insolvency, Luke will lecture on corporate commercial agreements, and Chandimal will lecture on the regulatory framework of the cannabis industry.
The program provides comprehensive, practical education on cannabis law and regulation in Canada. The curriculum is wide-ranging, relevant, and addresses the most topical issues affecting clients in all aspects of the cannabis industry, including regulatory, lending and debt finance, licenses, M&A, banking, edibles and topicals, retail and franchise, IP, marketing and branding, employment, real estate, insolvency, product liability and insurance, among others. The program is ideal for those experienced in cannabis law and for those who are ready to get started.
This five-day intensive certificate is scheduled to take place January 13, 20, 27 and February 3, 10, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. It will be conducted over webcast.
