On January 22, 2024, the Law Society of Ontario hosted the 28th Intellectual Property Law: The Year in Review program in Toronto, live and via webcast. Two members of our Intellectual Property team, Eric Mayzel and Jessica Zagar, participated in the annual program.
Eric was a speaker on the “AI in an IP Legal Practice Panel”. Jessica was a Co-Chair of the program and acted as moderator for the “Views from the Bench: Best Practices for Appearing Before the Federal Court on an IP Matter”, “Copyright Update”, and “AI in an IP Legal Practice” panels.
