Casey Chisick is speaking on “Technological Neutrality in Copyright Law”

Casey Chisick will be delivering a lecture on the emerging concept of technological neutrality as an interpretive principle in copyright law in Montreal on July 23, 2019. The IPIC-McGill Copyright Master Class, offered each summer by the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada in association with the School of Continuing Studies at McGill University, is widely acknowledged to be one of the top copyright education programs in Canada. It offers in-depth analysis of copyright law with a focus on the changing legal landscape, with a faculty consisting of many of the top copyright lawyers in the country. Casey has been teaching in the program for many years and served as Course Director from 2016 to 2017.
