On February 14, 2023, Martello Technologies Group Inc announced a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2.4 million.
The private placement will be completed in four equal tranches of $600,000 at a price per equal to the greater of $0.05 per common share and the market price at the time of announcement of the pricing. The private placement is expected to be completed on or before June 30, 2023.
