On March 1, 2022, Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. closed a non-brokered private placement of 3,000,000 units at a price of $0.50 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.5 million. Each unit consists of one common share of Gunpoint and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of Gunpoint at an exercise price of $0.75 until February 28, 2024.
